These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) apply to all Guests staying at Diamante Studio Benalbeach 320 and Diamante Apartment Benalbeach 615 (hereinafter referred to as „DSB&DAB”). Staying at DSB&DAB means accepting these Regulations and Internal Regulations of the Bean Beach Property Owners Community. The Regulations are available for viewing at DSB&DAB and on the website: www.diamantespain.eu.
STAY PERIOD / CHECK-IN
The stay period begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day. There is a possibility of individually changing the check-in time subject to availability and prior written confirmation from DSB&DAB.
Check-in at DSB&DAB is possible from 4:00 PM to 00:00 AM after prior notification of the specific arrival time.
Check-out at DSB&DAB is possible from 04:00 AM to 11:00 AM after prior agreement on the specific check-out time. The stay fee is charged according to the terms of the reservation.
A cash deposit of 300 euros per apartment is required at check-in. This deposit is collected for damages, smoking in the DSB&DAB building, failure to return keys received at check-in, the remote control for the entrance gate, and penalties for non-compliance with the regulations (especially non-observance of night silence and lack of waste segregation and disposal). The 300 euro deposit for the stay, payable in cash, is collected on the day of check-in and returned on the day of check-out.
The deposit amount does not preclude the possibility of claiming compensation for damages caused to DSB&DAB.
The area of DSB&DAB is available only to registered guests whose stay results from a prior reservation. Inviting outside persons is prohibited.
Guest accommodation at DSB&DAB is conditional upon compliance with local registration requirements (particularly presenting a valid identity document by all Guests) and paying the deposit specified in point 4.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests are required to comply with the Regulations. DSB&DAB reserves the right to refuse services to Guests who violate the regulations.
The behavior of Guests using DSB&DAB services must not disturb the good neighborly relations of Benalbeach or the work of the staff.
Guests cannot transfer their room to other persons, even if the period for which the accommodation fee was paid has not yet expired.
Quiet hours at DSB&DAB are from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
DSB&DAB serves a tourist and accommodation purpose. Organizing bachelorette, bachelor parties, and other events is prohibited.
DSB&DAB reserves the right to refuse accommodation to Guests without providing a reason. This applies especially to persons who grossly violated the provisions of the Regulations during a previous stay, delayed or avoided payment for all or part of the services used, caused damage to DSB&DAB property and did not pay for it, endangered or disturbed the good neighborly relations of Benalbeach and the proper functioning of the staff.
DSB&DAB Guests are fully responsible for material damages or destruction of DSB&DAB equipment and technical devices caused by their fault. DSB&DAB reserves the right to deduct the amount of damages from the deposit paid by the Guests. DSB&DAB reserves the right to individually assess damages depending on the necessary repair work.
Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by parents or legal guardians at all times on DSB&DAB premises. The parent or guardian bears full responsibility for the safety of children and material responsibility for any damages caused by the child.
For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use open flames (candles, etc.) in the rooms.
The use of high-voltage electrical devices and open flame sources not part of DSB&DAB’s equipment is prohibited.
To protect the environment and prevent excessive use of natural resources, DSB&DAB Guests are required to use resources responsibly, particularly by not using air conditioning with open windows or doors, not leaving taps running, and not leaving lights on unnecessarily.
DSB&DAB does not accept pets.
Dangerous substances, weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive, and illuminating materials, and any substances prohibited by Spanish law cannot be stored at DSB&DAB.
Smoking is strictly prohibited at DSB&DAB.
COMPLAINTS
Guests have the right to file complaints in case of noticing deficiencies in the quality of services provided or their non-compliance with the purchased offer. All complaints are accepted by the office at the email address: office@diamantehomeinspain.eu
Complaints should be reported immediately after noticing deficiencies, in writing, under penalty of nullity.
