REGULATIONS OF DIAMANTE VILLA MIJAS​

These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) apply to all Guests staying at Diamante Villa Mijas (hereinafter referred to as “DVM”). Staying at DVM means accepting these Regulations. The Regulations are available for viewing at DVM and on the website: www.diamantespain.eu.

 

 

STAY PERIOD / CHECK-IN

  1. The stay period begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day. There is a possibility of individually changing the check-in time subject to availability and prior written confirmation from DVM.
  2. Check-in at DVM is possible from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM after prior notification of the specific arrival time.
  3. Check-out at DVM is possible from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM after prior agreement on the specific check-out time. The stay fee is charged according to the terms of the reservation.
  4. A cash deposit of 500 euros per apartment is required at check-in. This deposit is collected for damages, smoking in the DVM building, failure to return keys received at check-in, the remote control for the entrance gate, and penalties for non-compliance with the regulations (especially non-observance of night silence and lack of waste segregation and disposal). The 500 euro deposit for the stay, payable in cash, is collected on the day of check-in and returned on the day of check-out.
  5. The deposit amount does not preclude the possibility of claiming compensation for damages caused to DVM.
  6. The fenced area of DVM is available only to registered guests whose stay results from a prior reservation. Inviting outside persons is prohibited.
  7. Guest accommodation at DVM is conditional upon compliance with local registration requirements (particularly presenting a valid identity document by all Guests) and paying the deposit specified in point 4.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Guests are required to comply with the Regulations. DVM reserves the right to refuse services to Guests who violate the regulations.
  2. The behavior of Guests using DVM services must not disturb the good neighborly relations of Urbanizacion Las Lomas de Mijas or the work of the staff.
  3. Guests cannot transfer their room to other persons, even if the period for which the accommodation fee was paid has not yet expired.
  4. Quiet hours at DVM are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  5. DVM serves a tourist and accommodation purpose. Organizing bachelorette, bachelor parties, and other events is prohibited.
  6. DVM reserves the right to refuse accommodation to Guests without providing a reason. This applies especially to persons who grossly violated the provisions of the Regulations during a previous stay, delayed or avoided payment for all or part of the services used, caused damage to DVM property and did not pay for it, endangered or disturbed the good neighborly relations of Urbanizacion Las Lomas de Mijas and the proper functioning of the staff.
  7. DVM Guests are fully responsible for material damages or destruction of DVM equipment and technical devices caused by their fault. DVM reserves the right to deduct the amount of damages from the deposit paid by the Guests. DVM reserves the right to individually assess damages depending on the necessary repair work.
  8. Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by parents or legal guardians at all times on DVM premises. The parent or guardian bears full responsibility for the safety of children and material responsibility for any damages caused by the child.
  9. For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use open flames (candles, etc.) in the rooms and to leave the outdoor grill unattended while in use. The grill must be extinguished after use.
  10. The use of high-voltage electrical devices and open flame sources not part of DVM’s equipment is prohibited.
  11. To protect the environment and prevent excessive use of natural resources, DVM Guests are required to use resources responsibly, particularly by not using air conditioning with open windows or doors, not leaving taps running, and not leaving lights on unnecessarily.
  12. Guests must segregate waste in designated areas on DVM premises and dispose of it in containers located in Urbanizacion Las Lomas de Mijas.
  13. DVM does not accept pets.
  14. Dangerous substances, weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive, and illuminating materials, and any substances prohibited by Spanish law cannot be stored at DVM.
  15. Smoking is strictly prohibited at DVM.
  16. Parking spaces at DVM are not guarded or monitored, and any risk of damage or loss of a vehicle parked in these spaces, as well as the loss of items left in the vehicle, is borne by the owner or user of the vehicle.

 

COMPLAINTS

 

  1. Guests have the right to file complaints in case of noticing deficiencies in the quality of services provided or their non-compliance with the purchased offer. All complaints are accepted by the office at the email address: office@diamantehomeinspain.eu
  2. Complaints should be reported immediately after noticing deficiencies, in writing, under penalty of nullity.
